Beer characterized by an impenetrable dark brown, topped by a dense, creamy and persistent hazelnut colored foam. On the nose there are hints of toasted malt, coffee and light smoky notes. The palate is immediately struck by a rich and complex taste given by slightly peaty roasted malts that recall chocolate and licorice, hiding a discreet alcoholic heat. It is said that the Temple of Jupiter Grabovio, God of the Rock, is still hidden in the woods near the Brewery, and that only the local Carbonari elders know its location.
Excellent with: aged cheeses, meat stews, chocolate biscuits or coffee.
