Intense ruby colour, it has an important hint of black cherry with notes of banana and spicy cocoa, dry on the palate with an aftertaste of bitter almond. It can be enjoyed alone or combined with pies, dry sweets, dark chocolate and blue cheeses. Served at temperature of 8-10 ° C.
