Tips for use
According to tradition, saffron needs to be infused 18 – 24 hours before use.
To reduce time follow the instructions:
1. Warm a cup of water, milk or broth.
2. Crush the stigmas to powder, with a spoon or similar.
3. Infuse the powder for 15 – 20 min before use.
You can use some of the stigmas to decorate the dishes.
