“Mmmood” Cream of Honey & Hazelnuts

Mmmood is a cream spread created from two essential ingredients : Italian Acacia honey and pure cold-ground hazelnut cream, from the “Tonda di Giffoni” variety, with its rich, slightly caramelized flavor, which make it an irresistible super-food for children and athletics.

Exquisite on toasted bread, rusks, in wholegrain croissants, in yoghurt or ice-cream, and sublime for sweetening and aromatizing coffee, malt coffee and latte, it can also be used for the preparation of biscuits and cakes.

Honey (min. 55%), high pure quality hazelnut cream, organic oil of sunflower.

It may contain traces of nuts.

Notes

This product is vacuum cooked, in order to allow water evaporation at low temperature, between 50 and 70 °C, thus avoiding excessive cooking and burns. No oxygen during cooking also means that food is not subject to the oxidation process that would darken its color. Fruits and vegetables keep their bright color, and the natural flavor of the product is enhanced, because the flavoring substances are well preserved.
