Tips for use
Take it between meals, preferably in the morning. It can be eaten alone, together with a hot drink, in yogurt or with a good spoonful of honey. The daily dose is about 15-20gr (1 tablespoon) for adults, 5-10gr (1 teaspoon) for children, for a cycle of 1 to 3 months to be repeated a couple of times a year, preferably in the changes of season.
