Method of cultivation: Organic
Harvest: Strictly by hand, favoring selection and care of the bunches; the grapes are placed in small boxes waiting to be pressed. The harvest takes place in three different moments, waiting for the perfect ripening of each type of grape.
Vinification: Soft pressing of the bunches and cold static decantation. The must obtained will ferment in steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Refinement: After the alcoholic fermentation the wine obtained is divided into three different types of refinement; 55% in stainless steel, 30% in French tonneaux and 15% in terracotta amphora. Here it will remain on the fine lees for at least 18 months. It will remain in the bottle for at least 6 months before being marketed.

Chardonnay 45%, Trebbiano 40%, Malvasia 15%
